The Five Behaviours Team Programme
The Five Behaviours Team Programme starts with each person taking a self-assessment and questionnaire. The results are presented as a comprehensive, highly personalised, and accessible 36-page illustrated report that allows each person on the team, and the team as a whole, to understand how they scored on the assessment and how to interpret their individual and team results. The profile includes an introduction, a section devoted to each of the five behaviours, a summary of the team’s strengths and challenges, tips and suggestions, and a roadmap to help teams create an action plan based on their results.
In addition, because the programme is powered by Everything DiSC®, the report provides personalised data about the impact of their DiSC style on the team and how this can be used to form more productive relationships.
The reports are then followed by a facilitated workshop for the whole team that explores the results in detail, identifying areas of strengths and where opportunities lie for improvement. The focus is on creating sustainable changes within the team that ultimately lead to high performing behaviours that drive exceptional results.
Follow up assessments can be completed 6-12 months later which will provide a comparison with the original results and allow for progress to be measured.
Getting started with the Five Behaviours
There are two options for implementing the Five Behaviors Team Programme with your team:
We can facilitate the whole of the implementation for you, including
initial diagnostic meeting with the key stakeholder to ensure your team is ready to get the most out of the programme
managing the communication, distribution and collation of self-assessments
facilitation of the new one-day workshop, or the full three-day version depending on your needs
follow-up consultancy to support you on your journey towards being a truly effective and cohesive team
provision of comparison reports, 6-12 months after the initial programme
We can provide you with everything you need to successfully facilitate The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™ sessions. This kit includes a USB drive installed with a Facilitator’s Guide, which includes scripted sessions and experiential activities; presentation materials; handouts; PowerPoint slides with 40+ minutes of video; and sample reports to help facilitators prepare for team sessions. Also included are audio podcasts that allow you to listen to insights on each of the five behaviors, the team profile, and the Annotated Team Report.
The kit contains all of the materials you need for running either the new, one-day, programme or the original three day version.
Once you have your Facilitation Kit, you can then purchase reports as and when you need them either directly from us or through your own EPIC account that we can set up for you, giving you total control over the whole process.
There is no requirement for facilitators to be licensed to use these materials, but if you wish to become an Accredited Facilitator for the Five Behaviors programme then we can provide this training for you.
Five Behaviors is also available powered by All Types - designed exclusively for teams within organisations that apply tools based on Jung’s theory of psychological types, like the MBTI instrument, as their preferred indicator of personality.
