Become an Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator

DISCGB are delighted to be able to offer official Wiley (the publishers of Everything DiSC) certification programmes.


The in-person programme consists of approximately two hours of pre-course learning and is followed by a jam-packed two days learning about all aspects of DiSC and how to deliver the programme in your own workplace or with your own clients.


During the course, you will learn about the origins and background to DiSC and fully explore your own personalised Workplace profile. You will become confident in answering those more challenging questions that can come up and be in a position to be able to help your learners by delving deeper into the results of their profiles so that they can maximise their learning.


You will explore, and practise, coaching with the profile and putting together a tailored programme that meets the individual needs of your own group of participants. Throughout the two days, our team of Certified Facilitators will share tips, techniques, best practice and their own experiences with you.


You will also consider ways to keep DISC alive in your organisation through a range of exciting follow-up tools that can be used to keep their learning alive and the impact to be ongoing.


At the end of the two days, you will be fully prepared for the short multiple-choice exam that achieves your credential of Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator.


Attending the programme with us not only provides your route to official certification. You will also receive your own Workplace profile and access to your own online account so that you can manage all aspects of the administration process yourself. You will also have ongoing access to the online training centre which is a fantastic resource when you need to remind yourself of something or access supporting tools.
