What's different about Everything DiSC?
Everything DiSC is a suite of assessments that focus on understanding behaviour to improve performance in the workplace. The reports are based on an online self-assessment that is grounded in over 40 years of experience and produce a 90% satisfaction rating from the hundreds of thousands of people that have taken them across the world.
The DISC model, along with the presentation of the results, has continuously evolved since the original model was developed by psychologist William Moulton Martson in his book Emotions of Normal People in 1927. Today, the reports are based on the DiSC Map and are intentionally designed to be easy to understand and apply. While understanding our behaviours can be helpful, our personal development and impact on the workplace come from implementing the strategies that are contained in each of the reports. These strategies help people to communicate better, improve their working relationships, be better managers, lead more effectively and develop their business by building stronger relationships with prospects and customers.
Everything DiSC is more than just the profiles though. When supported by a DiSC workshop it is a transformational learning experience that has a positive impact on organisational culture. The workshops are interactive, enjoyable and enlightening and are delivered by our expert team of DiSC Facilitators who are there to help everyone get the most from the experience. Workshops can also be run by internal learning facilitators and trainers, without the need for any formal certification, using our comprehensive facilitation kits that provide full sets of workshop materials, handouts, slides and videos. These allow you to tailor a programme specifically to the needs of your own business.
To find out more about the Everything DiSC Difference, we have a set of slides available on SlideShare that give an overview of why we are different from other DISC providers.
