EPIC is the online portal that allows training administrators to manage the entire DISC process themselves. Setting up your own account gives you complete control over all aspects of distribution, completion and creation of Everything DiSC reports.
Once set up, you can use your account within your own organisation or with your own clients. Access codes are purchased on a 'pay as you go' basis using EPIC credits. Each reports costs a specific number of credits and you just top up your account with the required number as and when you need to.
Having your own account allows you to:
Customise and brand DiSC profiles with your own information and company logo
Purchase EPIC Credits directly from us on a pay as you go basis
Distribute access codes within your organisation, or to your clients, for the full range of Everything DiSC and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team products
Fully tailor and personalise the emails that are sent by the system
Set automatic reminders to prompt your participants to complete the self-assessment by the required date
Control whether participants see their reports immediately on completion, or they are withheld for issuing during a workshop
Know who has and hasn't completed their assessment
View, save and download profiles in pdf format
Tailor which pages of a profile are printed - allowing you to issue only those elements that are most relevant
Access and produce supplementary team, comparison and facilitator reports - many of which are free of further charges
