THE FIVE BEHAVIORS OF A COHESIVE TEAM is an assessment-based learning experience that helps individuals, teams and organisations reveal what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team in the most approachable, competent, and effective way possible.

Powered by Everything DiSC®, the profiles help participants understand their own styles and the impact these have on the team's effectiveness.

Bringing together everyone’s personalities and preferences to form a cohesive, productive team takes work, but the payoff can be huge—for individuals, the team, and the organisation.

The programme is based on the best-selling book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni.

Who is it for?

The Five Behaviors programme is designed for intact teams and work groups. Ideally you will have been working together for some time, and will know each other well enough to be able to answer questions about how you currently work together.

The newly launched Five Behaviors Personal Development Programme is also available for individuals who may work across multiple teams and wish to learn how to transfer the learning takeaways from one team to the next.

Are you ready?

To get the best out of the team programme there needs to be a real desire to do some 'heavy lifting'!  Becoming truly cohesive takes time and energy and this is no quick fix! However, with some effort and determination the results will be significant.

How does it work?

A short self-assessment produces personalised reports and metrics against the five stages of the model. These results are then explored in detail during a facilitated workshop to help you fully understand the results and what you can collectively do to improve. A clear plan of action will be developed against which you can measure your progress over time.
