Everything DiSC® Agile EQ teaches participants to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly. By combining the personalised insights of DiSC with active emotional intelligence development, participants discover an agile approach to workplace interactions and learn to navigate outside their comfort zone, empowering them to meet the demands of any situation.

During this one-hour session you will have an opportunity to learn more about this DiSC assessment and experience extracts of the associated facilitation - including how the report presents information about a participant's EQ strengths and how they can stretch beyond their comfort zone.

The session is intended to showcase the AgileEQ solution and give you a better understanding of the report so that you can consider using it with your own clients or colleagues. This session is not intended to be a 'train the trainer' or add-on module to your existing Accreditation or Certification.
