Mastery of the full Five Behaviours solution portfolio: Team Development and Personal Development.
Understanding of how to build, customise, and deliver impactful Five Behaviours learning experiences
to address unique training needs.
Facilitation techniques learned while receiving feedback from peers in a supportive environment.
Course Structure and Agenda
The Five Behaviours Certification course spans two weeks of learning, combining live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning. Participants will:
Complete five asynchronous learning modules (2-3 hours per module).
Attend and engage in four live, instructor-led virtual sessions (Two hours each).
Present an application project and receive valuable feedback.
Requirements for Participation in the Course
Participants must own, or have access to, a Five Behaviors Facilitation Kit (purchased separately). In addition, learners also must:
- Commit to two weeks of self guided online work and attend all four instructor-led virtual classroom sessions
- Complete all self-directed asynchronous learning modules, and the course project, on time
- Earn a passing score on the final exam
The cost of attending the programme, and achieving the credential of Five Behaviours Certified Practitioner is £1495 +VAT per person. Discounts are available for 5 or more people registering from the same organisation. Contact us for more details.
