A comprehensive, highly personalized, and accessible 37-page illustrated report that helps each person on the team, and the team as a whole, understand how they scored on the assessment and how to interpret their individual and team results. The profile includes an introduction, a section devoted to each of the five behaviors, a summary of the team’s strengths and challenges, tips and suggestions, and a roadmap to help teams create an action plan based on their results.
Please note that a minimum of 3 reports need to be completed in order to generate the necessary team reports.
Five Behaviors Team Development Profile
Please place your order for the total number of people in the team. We will then contact you directly for the email addresses of each person taking the assessment and arrange for the assessment links to be sent. Once everyone in the team has completed the assessment, we will provide copies of all of the reports, along with a free Annotated Facilitators Guide, to the primary contact.
