Spotlight on Everything DiSC Sales

The Everything DiSC Sales profile provides anyone who is in a sales environment, either face to face or over the telephone, with insight and tools to help them build faster, stronger relationships with their customers.

It can be used by individual salespeople to develop their own skills, or as part of a broader training package to build competence and confidence for salespeople at all levels, and with a range of experience. Used as part of an ongoing training programme, it will create a common language across an organisation to better understand selling approaches and buyer behaviour.


After completing a short online self-assessment, Salespeople receive a detailed, highly personalised, report that uncovers how their natural behavioural style may affect the way in which they approach their selling activity.

Each report contains:

  • an introduction to DiSC and how your priorities may influence your selling approach

  • ways to recognise and understand customer buying styles

  • how to adapt your sales style to your customers' buying style

  • tools for customer mapping

The report is packed with personalised tips and recommendations for ways in which salespeople can make stronger, longer-lasting relationships with their customers. Being able to recognise your customer's preferences allows you to adapt your style, and the way in which you communicate, so that you are able to move the sales process along, resulting in more commitment from the customer and more rapid closing rates.


Each profile includes full, unlimited, access to My Everything DiSC which provides you with additional learning resources. It includes the ability to quickly make an assessment of your customers style, based on key aspects of their behaviour, and create tailored customer maps which guide you as to the best approach to take.
