Once completed, you will have access to the Catalyst on-demand learning platform - an interactive way to discover and explore your DiSC profile.
You can also choose to activate the Mangement and/or AgileEQ applications at the same time. Buying all three applications at the same time saves you £119.00 compared to buying the three profiles separately in their standard format.
The Catalyst platform is primarily designed for use at an organisational, departmental or team level since one of the unique features is that it provides real-time tips and strategies for working more effectively with your colleagues.
However, now individuals can benefit from Catalyst too as an independent learner!

The entry level assessment on Catalyst provides you all of the content for Everything DiSC Workplace. You can also choose to select additional add-on content for Management, AgileEQ and Worksmart - all without having to take a further lengthy assessment.

For teams:
After you have purchased Workplace on Catalyst for your colleagues, we will contact you by email for the names and email addresses of each participant. Once these are received we will send everyone their access code to take the assessment and immediately afterwards they will be able to log-in to the Catalyst platform.
For individuals:
You will receive an email with link to take your assessment and your access to catalyst will be immediately availbale upon completion.
