What is Everything DiSC?

Everything DiSC is a self-assessment tool that helps you to understand why you, and others, behave in the way that you do in the workplace. The four dimensions - Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness - describe the typical behavioural styles of individuals.

Everyone is a blend of all four DiSC styles—usually one, two, or even three styles stand out. Each person
has a unique behavioral profile with different styles and priorities—no one style better or worse than the next. We believe that these differences in style can be extremely valuable. Once you assess these differences and harness their value, better workplace communication AND healthier organizations
become possible.

A range of highly personalised reports provides insights into your style, the priorities that drive your behaviour and a practical set of tips to help you interact and communicate more effectively.

Overview of the DISC Model

DiSC profiling is used by individuals and teams throughout the world to help people develop their skills and capabilities to drive cultural change. As well as the introductory Workplace report, the application suite includes role-specific versions for those in leadership, management or sales roles. Combined with a facilitated workshop, groups and teams can benefit from the collective insight and start to work more effectively together.

Background to Everything DiSC

The DISC model is based on the work of American psychologist William Moulton Marston and has been used extensively for over 40 years. The evolution of his work led to the creation of the DiSC® assessment. This original assessment is easily recognised by the small 'i' - a trademark of John Wiley & Sons, of whom we are proud to be an award winning Authorised Partner.

Everything DiSC® offers end-to-end learning experiences that have an immediate and lasting impact on the performance of people and the cultures of organisations.

The reliability and validity of the tool are extensively researched and documented and the full research report is available for download. The assessment is built on a foundation of research and rigour. Everything DiSC provides a trust-worthy assessment with strong psychometric properties and prioritises quality by using computer adaptive testing, global norming, and real-world testing.
