Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® are two powerful tools that can help teams and individuals achieve their goals. Everyone is a blend of all four styles—usually one, two, or even three styles stand out. Each person has a unique behavioural profile with different styles and priorities—no one style better or worse than the next. We believe that these differences in style can be extremely valuable.

DiSC is a personality profiling tool originated by William Moulton Marston. Over 40 years of research has been used to create an online assessment that delivers highly accurate profiles based on four core behavioural dimensions - Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness.

The Five Behaviours team development programme focuses on five key behaviours that are essential for team success. Team members complete a detailed self assessment, powered by Everything DiSC,  to learn about their own behavioural style and the styles of their teammates. The detailed report provides feedback on how the team describes the team's performance against each of the behaviours. The facilitator then leads the team through a series of activities and discussions to help them build trust, have healthy conflict, make commitments, hold each other accountable, and focus on results.
