Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors® are two powerful tools that can help teams and individuals achieve their goals. Everything DiSC is a personal development learning experience that measures an individual's preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC® model.
The Five Behaviors is a team development program based on the book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni.
The Everything DiSC model is a simple yet powerful model that describes four basic behavioural styles:
-
Dominant: Direct, decisive, and results-oriented.
-
influential: Outgoing, optimistic, and people-oriented.
-
Steady: Supportive, cooperative, and harmony-oriented.
-
Conscientious: Analytical, precise, and quality-oriented.
Everything DiSC assessments and reports can help individuals better understand themselves and their own unique strengths and weaknesses. They can also help individuals learn how to communicate and collaborate more effectively with others.

Why use DiSC?
For individuals, DiSC brings a level of self-awareness that can support personal and career development. When used across organisations, DiSC profiling and training delivers improvements in team working, management capability, leadership effectiveness and creates a culture of collaboration.
How do I get started?
If you simply wish to buy DiSC assessments for yourself or your team, you can purchase online, take the assessment and receive the results instantly.
If you are a learning & development professional we offer a range of training so that you can deliver DiSC training in your own organisation, or with your own clients. Alternatively, you can leave it all to us and discuss how we can deliver tailored programmes on your behalf.

The Five Behaviours team development programme focuses on five key behaviours that are essential for team success. Team members complete a detailed self assessment, powered by Everything DiSC, to learn about their own behavioural style and the styles of their teammates. The detailed report provides feedback on how the team describes the team's performance against each of the behaviours. The facilitator then leads the team through a series of activities and discussions to help them build trust, have healthy conflict, make commitments, hold each other accountable, and focus on results.
The Five Behaviours
The Five Behaviours programme is based on Patrick Lencioni's best-selling book, The Five Dysfuctions of a Team. In partnership with Eveything DiSC, the programme is an assessment-based learning experience that helps individuals, teams and organisations reveal what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team in the most approachable, competent, and effective way possible.
Getting started
The programme is available for either in-tact teams looking to improve the way they work together, or for individuals who want to explore the way in which they work across all of the teams they are a member of.
We can offer tailored programmes delivered on your behalf, or equip learning and development professionals with the skills they need to deliver programmes internally or with their own clients.
