Everything DiSC is a personal development learning experience that measures an individual’s preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC assessment. This simple yet powerful model describes four basic styles and serves as the foundation for the Everything DiSC Application Suite. 

What is DiSC?

DiSC is a personality profiling tool originated by William Moulton Marston. Over 40 years of research has been used to create an online assessment that delivers highly accurate profiles based on four core behavioural dimensions - Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness.

The Five Behaviours

The Five Behaviours programme is based on Patrick Lencioni's best-selling book, The Five Dysfuctions of a Team. In partnership with Eveything DiSC, the programme is an assessment-based learning experience that helps individuals, teams and organisations reveal what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team in the most approachable, competent, and effective way possible.

Getting started

The programme is available for either in-tact teams looking to improve the way they work together, or for individuals who want to explore the way in which they work across all of the teams they are a member of.
