Since the start of this very difficult situation that is evolving around the world, there has been a significant increase in the number of online training being made available. For us, this is nothing new and we have always offered a range of online training for both Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviours. Here is a quick summary of the options available along with links to the relevant pages on our website:
Aimed at trainers and facilitators, this extensive programme consists of the following components and results in being awarded the official credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator
Three modules of self-directed and live, virtual classroom learning (each requiring three to five hours a week), conducted over a four week period
Practice facilitating with small groups and exploring challenging scenarios that could come up during workshops
Active knowledge checks to help participants assess how well they understand the content and to improve learning and retention
Final Certification exam (self-directed/graded activity)
For those who do not need to make the commitment of full certification but would like to gain a solid working knowledge fo the DiSC model and underlying theory. This self-directed learning course contains 2-3 hours of online, engaging activities. With flexible access to the online Everything DiSC Training Centre, you can work through the course at your own pace.
Our own Approved Trainer Programme is specifically designed to help experienced trainers use Everything DiSC profiles, and deliver workshops, with their own clients and in-house teams. Learn how the DiSC suite of behavioural assessments can help to improve workplace relationships and act as a catalyst for change. This programme provides an alternative for those who do not need to take on the commitment of becoming an official Everything DiSC Certified Facilitator, but who still wish to deliver with confidence. These are now available as an interactive webinar conducted over one day.
This is aimed at facilitators and trainers who would like to be formally certified to deliver the Five Behaviours programme. The Five Behaviours Facilitator Accreditation is a blended-learning course that will help you hone your skills as a facilitator of this unique program. You will earn the credential of a Five Behaviors Accredited Facilitator, gaining expertise in using the model and accompanying course material.
