We offer two training options to help equip people to successfully facilitate Everything DiSC - Everything DiSC Certification and DISCGB Accreditation. These are different in terms of content, duration and cost so I have outlined them below for you.
This is an extensive training programme providing detailed knowledge and understanding about how to interpret and maximise the benefits from all of the Everything DiSC profiles and tools. At the end of the course, participants will be entitled to use the credential of Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner.
The Everything DiSC Certification course spans two weeks of learning combining live, instructor-led sessions, delivered over Zoom, with self-guided online learning. The total time commitment is about 20 hours (10 hours/week). During the live sessions, participants will learn from our education experts, and will work with each other to apply learning, practice coaching and facilitation, and receive feedback in a safe space. We are licensed to deliver this programme on behalf of Wiley (the publisher) and offer this for groups of 5 or more from the same organisation.
The cost of this is £1495.00 +VAT per person (with a reduced rate available for groups of 5 or more from the same organisation). In addition, you will need to purchase a Facilitation Kit at a cost of £1100.00.
This programme provides an alternative for those who do not require to invest in the full certification programme and is aimed at experienced facilitators, trainers or coaches. It provides participants with all they need to get started using Everything DiSC (and optionally The Five Behaviours) including an online administrative account (optional), a personalised Workplace profile and ongoing access to resources and support. At the end of the course, participants will be entitled to use the credential of DISCGB Accredited Member.
The course consists of 2 x 3 hour instructor-led sessions delivered over Zoom, plus an optional bolt-on workshop to introduce The Five Behaviours.
We offer public course dates and bespoke dates for groups of 5 more more from the same organisation. The cost of this programme is £395 + VAT, or £545 if you wish to include the Five Behaviours add-on module.
Please note that the cost of this programme is kept intentionally low on the understanding that you will continue to work with us as your partner and allow us to provide you with profiles as and when you need them.
