What Is Everything DiSC WorkSmart?


Everything DiSC WorkSmart is a modular learning experience available on the Catalyst™ platform. It helps managers tackle five critical areas:


  • Giving Constructive Feedback

  • Managing Conflict

  • Empowering Their Team

  • Helping Teams Navigate Change (Coming soon)

  • Motivating Their Team (Coming soon)


Each topic is delivered in a focused one-hour session with actionable takeaways, grounded in the individual’s DiSC style. It’s a smart, streamlined way to build management effectiveness without overwhelming your people.

Step 1: Start with Everything DiSC Workplace


Before accessing WorkSmart, participants should complete the Everything DiSC Workplace assessment on Catalyst. This foundational module helps individuals understand their own DiSC style and how to work effectively with others.


This ensures managers are fully prepared to get the most from the WorkSmart topics that follow.


🔴 You will need access to the back office system administration system, EPIC, and synchronise this with your own Catalyst Learner Account before you are able to start issuing access to Catalyst.


Step 2: Choose Your WorkSmart Topics


Once your managers have completed Workplace, they can access the full WorkSmart suite through Catalyst. Each topic stands alone, meaning you can select the ones that are most relevant to your team’s current challenges.


For early adopters, Giving Constructive Feedback, Managing Conflict and Empowering Your Team  are available now, with the remaining modules rolling out shortly.


Step 3: Deliver Learning in Action-Oriented Sessions


Each WorkSmart topic is facilitated in a one-hour session by a certified Practitioner. These sessions:


  • Apply DiSC insights to real team situations

  • Encourage discussion and personal reflection

  • Provide concrete action planning tools on Catalyst


This makes it easy for managers to apply what they’ve learned immediately with their teams.

Step 4: Use Catalyst for Ongoing Application


After each session, managers have ongoing access to:


  • Their custom action plans

  • Their team’s DiSC profiles
