Simply put, Workplace on Catalyst is an on-demand learning platform that takes the best-selling Everything DiSC Workplace experience to the next level. It is designed to be used at an organisational, or departmental, level to engage everyone in building more effective relationships at work. The learning via the platform helps people to adapt to others in real-time, unlocking engagement and inspiring more effective collaboration.
So how does Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst work?
There are three elements to the new learning solution:
1. The Everything DiSC Assessment - each person is invited to take the online assessment which is powered and proven by 40+ years of research. This self-assessment informs the content and builds the foundation for an ongoing, personalised learning experience. As soon as the assessment is completed, participants will have immediate access to the Catalyst platform.
2. Catalyst - a personalised, on-demand learning platform. This gives immediate access to the results of the assessment delivered in an interactive way which allows learners to delve into their style and develop new skills. The platform houses all of the DISC results for everyone in the learner's organisation which means that is is quick and easy to get real-time tips and strategies about how to build better working relationships with others. The platform is a learning hub which supports the third stage of the solution and enables independent exploration.
3. Workplace on Catalyst Facilitation - brings the learner's DiSC results to life through an instructor-led facilitated experience. Five short modules are available for virtual delivery (in-person training will be available later in 2020). Each of the modules can stand alone to provide a tailorable, and learner-led solution that can be tailored to any group size or time constraint. The facilitation can be delivered in-house using pre-designed materials available as part of a Facilitation Kit, or we can deliver these on your behalf.

If people in your organisation have already taken the Workplace Assessment there is the opportunity to upgrade to the Catalyst platform at no extra charge (until December 2020).
