Introducing Worksmart: Practical Learning Modules for Managers from Everything DiSC
A brand new learning solution is coming from Everything DiSC at the beginning of May! Worksmart will deliver practical, one-hour learning modules that help Managers apply DiSC to real-world challenges that they face everyday. These modules are designed for you to deliver to your clients and colleagues and provide all you will need built directly in to Catalyst!
Worksmart builds on the foundation of the Everything DiSC Workplace experience, taking those principles and transforming them into daily leadership practices. Once fully launched there will be five modules:
Giving Constructive Feedback (Available 5th May)
Managing Conflict (Available 5th May)
Empowering Your Team (Coming in Summer 2025)
