During this one-hour session you will have an opportunity to learn more about this DiSC assessment and experience extracts of the associated facilitation - including the impact of DiSC in conflict situations, how automatic thoughts influcence destructive behaviours and learn a way to change the initial response in to one that is more positive. 

The session is intended to showcase the Productive Conflict solution and give you a better understanding of the report so that you can consider using it with your own clients or colleagues. This session is not intended to be a 'train the trainer' or add-on module to your existing Accreditation or Certification. 

It will be helpful for you to have a copy of the Productive Conflict report available during the session as a reference. A full sample copy can be downloaded here.
