The Everything DiSC Facilitator training programme has been specifically designed to help experienced trainers, facilitators and coaches use Everything DiSC and Five Behaviours profiles, and deliver workshops, with their own clients and in-house teams.
Learn how the suite of behavioural assessments can help to improve workplace relationships, build more effective teams and act as a catalyst for change. This programme provides an alternative for those who do not need to take on the commitment of becoming an official Certified Practitioner, but who still wish to deliver with confidence.
This programme will take place as a webinar with sessions over two (or three) sessions. You can choose to attend only the Everything DiSC sessions or include an optional add-on session which covers The Five Behaviours.
You can also choose to include the one-off set up fee for your own online administration account which allows you to manage all aspects of the assessment process yourself and/or access to all five of the Worksmart self-guided modules.
