The greatest recommendation that I can give Gary is that he reads the room, rather than having a 'one size fits all' approach.

He was able to see the different dynamics at play in the group, including a healthy dose of scepticism, and was able to tailor his approach to give an engaging session to everyone involved and gain buy-in from the whole team.

Gary designed and led a great session for my team to help us explore our own DiSC profiles, get to know each other personally and importantly begin to explore how we can work together effectively as a team. I recently took part in one of DISCGB's Accreditation Programmes which was delivered online. The course was great in so many ways. I now have some really useful information, tools and structure to use to support others with understanding DiSC, as well as improving my own understanding too.

The course was great, even through Zoom as was easy to discuss topics and still feel conversational and interactive too rather than just sitting in on a webinar.
