DISCGB - What are the Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team?

This programme is the result of a partnership between Wiley Workplace Solutions and Patrick Lencioni, the author of the best selling book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Together they have created a programme with a simple goal—to improve team effectiveness and productivity through the understanding and application of The Five Behaviours™: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results.


If you work in a team that is looking to develop themselves into a cohesive, high-performing unit then this programme is exactly what you need.


After taking an online assessment the results produce an overview of the team's performance against each of the behaviours which can then be used to explore areas in which the team are already performing well and those areas that need further development. A one-day facilitated workshop helps to guide the team through the results and create a clear action plan to implement.


Following the workshop, the team needs to be prepared to implement their plans to see progress and this can be measured by a free progress report that will help to track development and provide an easy way to measure the ongoing return on investing in the programme.
