Worksmart helps learners move from DiSC® insight to action through self-guided,on demand learning experiences:

  • Designed for anyone: individual contributors, managers, and leaders

Worksmart also includes facilitated learning, for in-house deivery, that supports manager growth through shared discussion and applied practice:

The Everything DiSC Worksmart Experience

This innovative learning experience combines trusted DiSC insights with self-guided or facilitator led sessions, and on-demand action planning to support learners as they address critical issues that impact team performance.

With Worksmart, learners receive direct access to five targeted topics within their Catalyst profile:

Module 1 - Feedback

Module 1: Giving Constructive Feedback

Explore the challenges of giving feedback with personalised insights based on their DiSC style. Learn the four key elements that make feedback strong, actionable, and encouraging as well as how to flex each of the elements based on their teammates’ styles.

Module 2 - Conflict

Module 2: Managing Conflict

Explore their behavioural instincts when they’re faced with conflict and examine how others have different instincts based on their unique DiSC styles. Through discussion and reflection, learners will create a custom action plan that will help them deal with conflict with a team member.

Module 3 - Empower

Module 3: Empowering Your Team

Learn how to ensure you feel confident and effective when you take the lead. They will explore their go-to empowerment approach based on their DiSC style and understand how to adjust their approach to the needs of other styles. Managers build a custom empowerment plan for each of their team members using Catalyst.

Module 4 - Change

Module 4: Helping Your Team Navigate Change

Gain a deeper understanding of change and how to navigate through it. Participants gain exposure to how different DiSC styles respond to change and their varying needs as they adjust to change.

Module 5 - Motivation

Module 5: Motivating Your Team

Explore what’s motivating and demotivating for themselves and their team members, based on DiSC style. They also create action plans for fostering a motivating environment where people feel inspired and excited about their work.

How do I access Everything DiSC Worksmart?

​​Worksmart is designed to build on the foundational learning of Everything DiSC Workplace. An Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst assessment and Worksmart is available for individuals for £124.50. This gives access to all 10 modules - five for independent learning plus five for facilitated learning.

For administration account holders (EPIC), all of the Worksmart modules can be activated for 20 EPIC credits. ​​​
