What is SSO?

SSO is a time-saving and secure authentication process that simplifies the user experience by allowing access to multiple applications with a single username and password. The Catalyst platform now supports SSO through two protocols: OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML 2.0.

How does it work?

Once SSO is enabled, learners simply enter their email address on the Catalyst login page. No password is required - login credentials are managed by the learner's organisation.

How does it work?

The Get Advice feature is available within each learner’s Catalyst profile:

• From the Catalyst homepage, click on the Get Advice tile.

• Select your topic: Connecting, Collaborating, Getting Buy-In, or Managing Tension.

The latest enhancement to Everything DiSC on Catalyst allows individual users to not only create Groups but now they can share them with others as well. This is useful for Managers and Leaders who are preparing to use the Convertsation Starters with their teams.

Catalyst has launched a new, and long awaited, feature that allows individuals to create Groups with sets of the colleagues. These groups can then be used to generate Group Maps, learn more about the make up of the group with style insights and shed light on the group dynamic with the big picture.
