Currently, she oversees the People and Process functions for Workplace Learning Solutions and supports the Cross Knowledge leadership team. Julie is a frequent speaker at global conferences and seminars. She is co-author of The Work of Leaders: How Vision, Alignment, and Execution Will Change the Way You Lead, published in 2013. She is also author of The 4-Dimensional Manager, published by Berrett-Koehler. Julie holds an M.A. in Business Administration and Management and a B.S. in Education.
