Transforming Workplace Conflict: an Everything DiSC®  Virtual  Showcase

Conflict is an uncomfortable but unavoidable part of every workplace. Yet conflict—if done right—is integral to organisational success. Today's struggle leads to tomorrow's breakthrough.

Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict addresses this paradox by empowering organisations to harness the power of conflict. Through combining personalised insights from DiSC® with the proven science of cognitive behavioural theory, participants learn to transform their destructive behaviors into more productive responses, ultimately improving workplace relationships and results.

In this 60-minute virtual showcase, you will receive:

  • An overview of conflict’s impact on today’s workplace

  • Insights into transforming destructive behaviours into productive responses

  • A preview of Everything DiSC Productive Conflict training solution

  • A complimentary Everything DiSC Productive Conflict assessment and profile
