Wiley's EPIC system enables you to fully administer and manage your own distribution of Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviours profiles in your own organisation or with your own clients. It is essentially the back-office administration system. 

Profiles are purchased using EPIC credits - your own DiSC currency! Credits are a cost-effective way to buy access to all of the profiles and will help you to make the most of your budget. There are no minimum orders and credits never expire. EPIC account holders are offered an exclusive rate for reports! To order credits you can buy online or you can simply email us your order and we will issue the credits and raise an invoice. 

Each type of report requires a fixed number of credits and a list of the credits required for each report is available here. As an example, the Workplace profile in English requires 15 Credits, so the cost to you would be 15 x £3.80 = £57.00 + VAT.  There are a range of different reports available, depending on your audience and learning objectives, although most people tend to start with the universal Everything DiSC Workplace. Full sample copies of all of the reports can be downloaded from our website to help you choose which is best for you.

EPIC is the ideal solution for those who want to control and manage DiSC assessments within their organisation or for trainers and facilitators who wish to offer DiSC assessments to their own clients.

Logging In

You will receive an automated system from our EPIC system containing your username. When you have received this email, please visit the link below to set up a password for your account as a first-time user.

💡Tip! Add the domain name wiley-epic.com to your contacts and/or whitelist to ensure that system-generated emails don't inadvertently get directed to your spam/junk folder.

First steps

I would draw your attention to a great piece of functionality that allows you to brand the cover of the reports with your own company logo and your contact details. This can be done by going to Personal Options > View/Edit Account Information.

💡Tip! There is online help, accessible from the top toolbar containing really useful HELP videos that take you through each step of creating assessments and generating reports.

Adding Credits

When you are ready to buy credits for your account, you can purchase online here, or just let us know by email and we will arrange this for you. Your rate for credits is £3.80 each + VAT. The number of credits required for each report are shown here. 

Issuing access codes

A brief tutorial video is available at the link below that will help get you started. Note that this shows how to issue standard PDF assessments, not Catalyst. To Issue Catalyst assessments simply choose this option when you select the product and follow the additional steps to create an organisation.

Creating access codes for people to take the assessment is all managed from Manage Reports > Create new report / Issue Access Code tab. The system will then take you through each stage of the process.

Your account will be set up with access to the full suite of Everything DiSC and Five Behaviours profiles.
