How to upgrade past learners to Catalyst (using EPIC)
Attached is a reference guide on how to upgrade existing learners to the Catalyst platform.
Past Everything DiSC® learners are eligible for a FREE Workplace on Catalyst™ upgrade. In addition, Everything DiSC® Management learners can receive the Management on Catalyst™ application at no charge. Likewise, the same is true for Everything DiSC Agile EQ learners upgrading to Agile EQ on Catalyst. When using existing Everything DiSC data to create a new Catalyst access code, the learner will not be required to take the DiSC portion of the assessment again. Their previous DiSC style scores will be used in the new report.
Now, anyone who has previously taken any of the Everything DiSC assessments can be upgraded to Catalyst for FREE until 31st December 2025.
Catalyst is for use at an organisation level, allowing members of the same company to see all of their profiles in one place and receive real-time…
When your account is set up the default setting is that any new report issued will be withheld from the Learner and you as the Administrator will need to generate the report and share with them. However, if you would prefer for your learners to have immediate access to their report the instant they complete the assessment then this can be set at time of issue using the steps shown below.
Please note that if you are issuing Catalyst assessment then these can only be issued with immediate visibility. It is not possible to withhold the results and activate at a later date.
Set Visibility When Issuing New Reports
When entering names and email addresses you can select visibility using the 'View Report' radio buttons as show below.
If you select 'Yes' the respondent will immediately be able to view, download and save their report when they complete the assessment.…
How do I start issuing access codes for Everything DiSC
using my EPIC account?
Wiley's EPIC system enables you to fully administer and manage your own distribution of Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviours profiles in your own organisation or with your own clients. It is essentially the back-office administration system.
Profiles are purchased using EPIC credits - your own DiSC currency! Credits are a cost-effective way to buy access to all of the profiles and will help you to make the most of your budget. There are no minimum orders and credits never expire. EPIC account holders are offered an exclusive rate for reports! To order credits you can buy online or you can simply email us your order and we will issue the credits and raise an invoice.
Each type of report requires a fixed number of credits and a list of the credits required for each report is availablehere. As an example, the Workplace profile in English requires 15 Credits, so the…
What if there was an easier way to look through your search results and see all your learner and assessment data in one place? With the new EPIC download feature, there is!
After making a search in EPIC, simply click on the “CSV Export” button next to the sort options in order to download your results.
This exciting upgrade is now available to all EPIC administrators!
We sincerely appreciate your patience over the last few months as the team at Wiley have worked diligently to reinstate EPIC Admin emailing capabilities. EPIC custom email messages ARE BACK (with some changes)!
We’ve identified a solution that aligns with the latest security best practices and will ensure our emails are delivered to the intended recipients—not flagged as spam or caught in email screening systems.
This new solution requires a few changes to the way that EPIC Custom Email messages were previously used. These changes include:
2,000-character limit on messages (if you are using previous custom email copy, make sure it doesn’t go over the limit! Watch the character counter provided in the tool.)
What do I do if the access codes email isn't received?
Occasionally, respondents will tell you that they haven't received their access code. 99% of the time is is because the email has been accidentally deleted, not recognised or ended up in a junk email folder.
However, there are a few things you can do to check all is well.
1. Check if others are receiving their emails - if not, it is most likely a blocker at your company's servers stopping the email from reaching the recipient. You may want to pass the attached document to your IT department and ask them to whitelist the domain names.
2. Ask the respondent to check their own spam/junk email folders
3. Check you have sent it to the correct address. You can make up to two amends at no extra charge by going to Manage Reports > Edit existing reports
Ensuring Delivery of Assessment & EPIC Admin Emails to Your Organization
To reduce spam, virus, and spyware activity, organizations use a number of best-effort techniques to filter inbound email traffic. Due to the nature of these threats and countermeasures, valid, solicited emails (including emails sent from EPIC) are sometimes blocked.
