Wiley can now activate a feature in Catalyst at organisational level which requires each new learner in the organisation to opt in to sharing their data with colleagues.

If you, or your learners, have any concerns about privacy and want to ensure that learners give explicit consent before entering the platform and sharing with their colleagues, this feature helps provide this visibility and consent up front.

 Below is a screenshot of what the experience looks like from the learner's side.

Please note that this functionality can only be activated by Wiley. If you want to activate it please follow the steps below:

1. Create your new 'Organisation' in EPIC, or directly in Catalyst if you have synced your admin accounts - DO NOT issue any access codes. Learn how to sync EPIC and Catalyst here.

2. Email me (info@discgb.co.uk) to ask for the feature to be activated

3. I will ask Wiley to make this available and notify you when it is done (please note it could take up to 48 hours)

4. Now you're all set to issue your access codes
