Send access codes from your own email address

It is now possible for EPIC account holders to generate a list of access codes without emails being sent automatically to each respondent. This allows you to distribute them from your own email account along with any specific information you would like to share.

You will need to contact us if you would like this functionality activated in your EPIC account since it is not available by default.

When you are ready to use the function, you can create a file containing access codes following the steps below:

1. In EPIC, go to Manage Reports > Create a New Report/Issue Access Codes.

2. Select the Product FamilyProduct, and Language for the profile you want to create the Extract File for. NOTE: Access Code Extract file is not available for Catalyst, Five Behaviors Team Development, and Five Behaviors Team Progress Reports.

3. On the following page, select Create an Access Code Extract file instead of Assign Access Code(s) for an online product/report. On the following page, select any specific report content you would like to connect to these profiles.

4. On the following setup page, you can select a folder/sub folder designation, determine if you want your learners to see the report after completing the assessment, and determine the quantity of access codes you want to create. This will verify the number of credits you will be charged.

5. Click Create Report when ready. This will generate an Excel spreadsheet of all the independent access codes.

6. When you are ready to distribute the access codes, send each access code to its respective recipient along with the EPIC log in link: https://www.wiley-epic.com/. Each learner will need to enter their respective access code into the link to start the assessment process.
