Setting and amending report visibility
When your account is set up the default setting is that any new report issued will be withheld from the Learner and you as the Administrator will need to generate the report and share with them. However, if you would prefer for your learners to have immediate access to their report the instant they complete the assessment then this can be set at time of issue using the steps shown below.
Please note that if you are issuing Catalyst assessment then these can only be issued with immediate visibility. It is not possible to withhold the results and activate at a later date.
Set Visibility When Issuing New Reports
When entering names and email addresses you can select visibility using the 'View Report' radio buttons as show below.

If you select 'Yes' the respondent will immediately be able to view, download and save their report when they complete the assessment. You will still be able to generate a copy in EPIC if you need to.
Change Visibility for Access Codes Already Issued
If you have already an issued an access code and wish to amend the visibility you can do this by following the steps below. You can only do this for access codes that have not been completed by the respondent (i.e. are 'Pending').
To amend a single record:
Go to Manage Reports > Edit Existing Report
Search for the name of the respondent
Click the Edit button to the left side of their record
Change the Radio Button (1) as required and remember to 'Save' (2)

To amend multiple records
You can change the visibility of multiple records at the same time:
Go to Manage Reports > Batch Functions > Edit Report Options
Choose the relevant search options using the drop-down settings
Change the radio button shown below

Next, click on Add Reports as shown below

Now use any of the criteria in the box shown below to search fro you group of respondents. One iof the simplest ways is to enter part of the email address used when issuing the access codes.

Once you have selected the respondents who should be amended, the final stage is to click Update Report Options

Change the Default Behaviour in Your EPIC Account
If you would prefer for every access code you issue to be immediately visible to your respondents you can change the default behaviour in EPIC by following the steps below.
Go to Personal Options > View/Edit Account Information
Choose the EPIC Settings tab and scroll to the bottom of the screen
Tick the box shown below and click Save

After doing this all future access codes will default to immediate visibility. You will still be able to change this in an individual basis using the steps above.
