Everything DiSC profiles are designed to be accessible and simple to understand which means that you don't need to be formally certified to use the full suite of applications. However, our two learning programmes for facilitators, trainers and coaches are recommended to help you ensure that you can fully support your learners to not only understand, but also apply the learning from their Everything DiSC experience.
Everything DiSC Certification is an in-depth programme leading to the credential of Everything DiSC Certified Practitioner - signaling proven competence in shaping a high-performing, collaborative culture, knowledgeable in the language of DiSC.
This newly designed programme takes place over two weeks and combines self-paced learning via our online training centre and four instructor-led virtual workshops. Public programmes are delivered by our colleagues at Wiley (the publisher of Everything DiSC) although under our 'License to Deliver' we are also able to offer the same programme to groups from the same organisation.

Our second option, specifically aimed at experienced learning & development professionals, facilitators and coaches is our own DISCGB Accreditation programme. This is a quick-start programme delivered remotely over two half-days covering the essentials of Everything DiSC. During the programme you will learn how to fully interpret and debrief the Workplace profile and leave fully equipped with the knowledge to be able to run your own workshops or coaching sessions. DISCGB Accredited Members have access to a range of supporting materials, discounted rates for buying profiles and ongoing support.
