Everything DiSC Certification or Facilitator Training?

We offer two training options to help equip people to successfully facilitate Everything DiSC - Everything DiSC Certification and Everything DiSC Facilitator Training. These are different in terms of content, duration and cost, and which you decide to take will depend on your own personal circumstances and requirements.
This is an extensive training programme providing detailed knowledge and understanding about how to interpret and maximise the benefits from all of the Everything DiSC profiles and tools. At the end of the course, participants will be entitled to use the credential of Everything DiSC® Certified Practitioner.
The Everything DiSC Certification course consists of four live, two-hour instructor-led sessions, delivered over Zoom, and approximately 12 hours of self-guided online learning. The total time commitment is about 20 hours. During the live sessions, participants will learn from the education experts at Wiley (the publisher of Everything DiSC), and will work with each other to apply learning, practice coaching and facilitation, and receive feedback in a safe space.
The cost of this is £2750.00 +VAT per person (with a reduced rate available for groups of 5 or more from the same organisation, attending the same dates). This all-inclusive price includes your own personalised Catalyst content for Workplace, Management, AgileEQ and Worksmart plus access to the Catalyst Practitioner Experience providing you with extensive materials to support your facilitation, ongoing learning opportunities and access to a global community of practitioners.
This programme provides an alternative for those who do not require to invest in the full certification programme and is aimed at experienced facilitators, trainers or coaches. It provides participants with all they need to get started using Everything DiSC (and optionally The Five Behaviours) including an online administrative account (optional), a personalised Workplace profile and ongoing access to resources and support.
The course consists of 2 x 3 hour instructor-led sessions delivered over Zoom, plus an optional bolt-on workshop to introduce The Five Behaviours.
We offer public course dates and bespoke dates for groups of 5 more more from the same organisation. The cost of this programme is £495 + VAT, or £645 if you wish to include the Five Behaviours add-on module.
Included within the price is your own Catalyst content for Workplace, Management and AgileQE plus DISCGB Membership with exclusive access to free learning and delivery resources, access to a members-only LinkedIn group and ongoing support.
Please note that the cost of this programme is kept intentionally low on the understanding that you will continue to work with us as your partner and allow us to provide you with profiles as and when you need them.
