Wiley recently held a webinar showcasing, Worksmart. The showcase provided a demonstration on how the five modules are built within Catalyst and how the brand new self-paced modules differ from those that are trainer-led.

Worksmart is a series of modules that sit within Catalyst aimed at supporting managers who are stretched thin - expected to give feedback, resolve conflict, motivate teams, and navigate constant change -often without any real training on how to do so effectively.

Worksmart includes targeted manager modules that are delivered in under an hour, helping managers turn DiSC® insights into real-world action they can use immediately with their teams. They can be used as part of a facilitated learning experience or, coming soon, as self-paced individual learning modules.

Catalyst has been specifically designed to help organisations embed their DiSC knowledge in to their everyday working - providing a platform that supports a 'return and learn' culture rather than simply a one off training intervention.

Keeping it alive is always easier said than done! It does take effort and continual reinforcement.

Attached is a handout containing some ideas about how you can support the ongoing use of Catalyst and help achieve a good return on your investment.
