The Everything DiSC® profiles provide detailed and personalised insights based on an individual’s assessment results. While each person has a unique behavioural pattern, all profiles are built around four core DiSC styles: Dominance (D), Influence (i), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C).
Understanding these DiSC styles can help individuals improve communication, build stronger workplace relationships, and develop greater self-awareness. Although people often have one primary style, most are actually a blend of multiple styles. For example, someone may have a primary D style while also displaying characteristics of the i style, resulting in a Di style. Likewise, a person may have a DS, SC, or any of the other blended styles found within the Everything DiSC® model.
If you’re new to DiSC, this guide provides a quick snapshot of the four basic DiSC styles and their common behavioural tendencies.

Why Understanding DiSC Styles Matters
Learning about the different DiSC styles helps people recognise their own behavioural tendencies and understand why others may approach situations differently. By understanding the motivations, priorities, and communication preferences of each style, teams can work together more effectively and reduce misunderstandings.
It’s important to remember that no DiSC style is better than another. Each style brings valuable strengths, perspectives, and contributions to the workplace. The goal of Everything DiSC® is not to label people, but to provide practical insights that help individuals adapt, communicate, and collaborate more effectively.
Which DiSC Style Are You?
Most people recognise aspects of themselves in all four DiSC styles, although one or two styles are usually more prominent. The full Everything DiSC® profile provides a much deeper analysis than the basic descriptions above, helping individuals understand their unique blend of styles, workplace priorities, communication preferences, and development opportunities.
Do you recognise yourself in one of these DiSC styles?
